If your child is absent from school it is in his/her interest that parents contact the school either through a phone call to the office or by a note to the classroom teacher. During periods of long absences from school, teachers are able to organise work for students to complete.
If there is any variation to the normal or usual procedure for the collection of children:
- A letter must be supplied to the school on the day of the variation, with details of the variation, dated and signed by the parent or guardian.
- A phone call to the school explaining changes to regular details should only be made in an emergency. In this case only people listed in the ‘Emergency Section’ of the enrolment form would be able to collect your child / children.
If your child is absent from school please submit an Absent Form to the school office.
Alternatively if your child needs to be dropped off late or picked up early please submit the Late Arrival /Early Collection Form to the school office.
